Question 1

How soon can I schedule bulk item pickup in Ponte Vedra?

Accepted Answer

Scheduling is available most days, and same-day or next-day options are often available. Actual appointment windows depend on current availability and the job details, so contact Jon’s Junks & Hauling to confirm.

Question 2

What should I do if I forget to list an item when requesting an estimate?

Accepted Answer

Tell the team as soon as you notice the omission and confirm whether the item can be added to the quoted scope. Pricing is volume-based, so an additional item may change the estimate.

Question 3

How is the price for bulky item pickup determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on the volume of material being removed. Request a free estimate and confirm the listed items and scope before work begins.

Question 4

Can I leave items outside, or does the crew need access inside?

Accepted Answer

Access arrangements should be confirmed directly when scheduling. Tell the team where the items are located and share any entry instructions or restrictions so expectations are clear.

Question 5

Do you provide paperwork for an insurance-related cleanout?

Accepted Answer

Invoices and documentation are provided to support insurance submissions for relevant property cleanouts and claims. Confirm the documents you need with the company before service.
